All in-stock orders from soccercorner.com are usually processed and shipped within 24 hrs. Orders received after 2pm EST are not guaranteed for same day processing. All items are shipped via UPS, DHL or USPS. Depending on the distance from us, delivery can take from 1 to 6 buiness days. UPS and DHL only operates Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Because of this, shipments will not ship or arrive on Saturdays (Unless special Saturday Delivery is selected) and Sundays. NEXT DAY AIR shipments shipping on Friday will not arrive until the following Monday. Backorders, (items not available at the time of the order), will be shipped by UPS ground at no additional shipping charge to you upon their arrival unless specified otherwise. You are not charged for backordered items until they ship, and of course they can be cancelled at any time.

Any new item may be returned for an exchange or refund within thirty (30) days of receipt*, which is determined by the date delivered in accordance to the corresponding tracking number. Due to the amount of time that is involved in processing international orders, we cannot accept rush requests. All international orders must go through an intense authorization process that protects against fraudulent use and increases security. Angelo's Soccer Corner uses the standard in authorization systems called AVS, or Address Verification System. AVS is a process where the billing address of the credit card is matched with the customer using the card. In some cases, your bank may not participate in AVS, which would prevent us from authorizing your credit card. In these cases, we may need to request additional information, such as, but not limited to, a copy of the credit card and driver's license to be emailed or faxed.
