How do I return an item?
We hope you will be happy with each and every item you purchase. However if for any reason you wish to return an item, we would like it to be as hassle-free as possible. Any new item may be returned for an exchange or refund within thirty (30) days of receipt. WE CANNOT ACCEPT USED ITEMS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. PLEASE BE SURE TO TRY ON SHOES or APPAREL INDOORS TO MAKE SURE YOU'RE HAPPY WITH THE FIT. ONCE THEY ARE WORN ON GRASS OR TURF SURFACES OR OUTSIDE or SHOW ANY KIND OF WEAR OR GRASS/DIRT STAINS THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN AND WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Any defacing of shoe boxes including but not limited to shipping labels, writing, tape will be subject to a restocking fee or package being refused.
Defective merchandise within 60 days, will be exchanged and shipped to you using our standard shipping* free of charge, international orders will get a credit of $8.50 towards the current shipping rate.
Please return merchandise to the following address via UPS or insured mail and obtain a tracking number.
