How can I return an item for an exchange?
Details about our Return Policy can be found on our Returns & Exchange page. Clearance items are typically not eligible for an exchange. The address for exchanges and returns are below:

How long does it take to receive my order?
The estimated shipping time listed on your order is based on when your order status lists as Shipped or Complete. We will do everything we can to ship the same day, however in most cases, we will ship within 1-3 business days. Customized products such as jerseys will take additional processing time and try to ship within one week from the order being placed. Pre-Orders will ship when the item arrives at our warehouse.
Orders placed after 3PM on a Friday, may not ship until the following business day.

There is an item out of stock, will you get more?
What we get back in stock depends heavily on what the vendors have in stock and releases by our various suppliers such as Nike, Adidas, Puma, etc. Apparel tends to be re-stocked, footwear is usually not restocked.
Can I place a phone order?
We do not do phone orders. All orders need to be placed on our website.
Can I return a customized jersey?
Soccer Corner does not allow for a return or refund on any customized jersey
Can I return a clearance item?
All clearance items are handled on a single case-by-case situation. Please contact the E-Commerce Dept for more information.
Can I upgrade my shipping?
Of course! Be sure to select any UPS option on the shipping menu during checkout
What does the "k" stand for on a shoe size?
This will typically mean youth size or "kids". A size with "k" on it genrally means a size smaller than a standard 1

What is the status of my order?
Complete - Also known as Shipped. All of the items in your order have been processed and shipped as well as invoiced in full. Tracking information should have been sent to the email address on your order.
Processing - We have received your order and we are currently preparing the order for shipment. An email will be sent with tracking information once the order is marked Complete.
Waiting for Transfer - We are waiting on an item to arrive from our manufacturer or one of our retail locations in order to fully ship and invoice.
Pre-Order - One or more of the items on your order is currently awaiting shipment from the manufacter as they have yet to be made commerically available or have yet to arrive at our warehouse.
Out of Stock - On or more of the items in your order no longer exist and will not be shipped. You will not be charged for the item in question.
I have an issue with my Team Uniform Order. What do I do?

I cancelled an order before it shipped, where is my refund?
Soccer Corner does not collect any monetary funds on an order until it is shipped. You will not see a charge and refund. In most cases, you will not see anything on your bank statement relating to Soccer Corner after a few days, following the hold dropping off your statement. For further questions regarding this, please reach out to our Staff at the number listed above.
